How do I change the language of the app?
The app automatically adjusts the language displayed based on the default language of the system. If you want to change the language, you can find the app in the settings screen of your device and change the language.
Why it fails to transcribe YouTube or BiliBili videos?
- There is a problem with your internet connection or the URL you entered is not correct, please try to open the video URL in the web browser to test it.
- Some videos may not support local transcription
- YouTube or BiliBili websites may change the web interface at any time to make the transcription function not available. Please wait for the new version of the App for fix.
Why does my transcription fails?
- Flash Transcribe uses Apple's own voice recognition framework to transcribe audio and video, which is maintained by Apple itself, so sometimes there may be problems.
- The video you want to transcribe may be too long for Apple's speech recognition framework to support. It has been tested that the length of the file you select should preferably not exceed 20 minutes.
- Your selected transcription language may be temporarily overloaded, you can try to select a similar language and try again.
I still can't use the membership-related functions after purchasing the membership
Please try to restart the app completely and check the internet connection. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us.
